Launch ProjectImmersing you into the Spider-Verse.
Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, is a wild visual journey taking you through multiple dimensions. My project was to capture that energy and bring it to the web in a way that's immersive, interactive and memorable.
Using Webflow, I designed a scroll-driven experience packed with glitch effects and interactive elements that aim to pull user's into a dynamic Spider-Verse inspired world, pushing the boundaries of no-code design to create something visually striking, bold and truely engaging.
Cracking the Multiverse.
The Spider-Verse film is visually chaotic, clashing colour palettes and differing animation styles tell the story of universes colliding. My challenge was to build something that embraced this chaos while maintaining a user-centric approach.
From start to finish, I treated this project as a UX problem: mapping out user flows and interactions, then balancing visual surprise with clear structure and layout. I focused on ensuring that every interaction felt purposeful, not just decorative.
Pulling Users into the Spider-Verse.
I didn't want to create just another website that displays information, my goal was to immerse users directly into the Spider-Verse world itself.
From the start, as users scroll, they're given a wide, cinematic view of the universe they're about to enter. Then the journey begins, following a spider descending on its web, drawing the user deeper into the narrative.
Glitch effects are woven throughout the experience, to not just add visual contrast, but as a storytelling device that ties the journey together and makes you feel the dimensional instability
Continued Exploration.
What started as a project to challenge my Webflow development skills quickly evolved into a storytelling exercise. The site serves as a showcase of interaction design, animation strategy, and UX thinking, showing that Webflow can be more than just a builder; it can be a powerful tool for narrative.
This project pushed me to think beyond standard web features, transforming typical elements into unique, interactive moments. Each scroll and hover was designed to feel intentional, pulling users deeper into the story and creating an experience that sticks with them.
I don’t see this project as ever truly “finished.” As my skills and understanding of the platform grow, I’ll continue to refine and expand it, after all, the multiverse is limitless.
